How We're Responding to COVID-19

The world health community continues to monitor closely the emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the disease it causes, named "coronavirus disease 2019" (COVID-19). At this time, no one knows how severe this outbreak will be.


Given this uncertainty, and the fact that the seasonal influenza (flu) virus is also widespread, we are taking proactive steps to address a number of business concerns.


First and foremost, we want all our stakeholders to know that we are taking this very seriously and taking the health of our tenants, volunteers, and staff as our number one priority. We also want to ensure the continuity of business operations in the face of an unknown progress of this situation.

What Next?

Effective immediately, our offices are CLOSED to the public until further notice. Staff will continue to work on site and take calls and respond to emails. Tenants will be able to pay rent online or via the US Mail. Tenants and vendors can communicate with us via email, US Mail, or telephone. 

Staff will also not be attending public meetings. However, we are available to respond to Priority 1 (health & safety) maintenance issues.  

We have come up with a set of protocols to ensure that we stay safe, respond appropriately, and communicate to our stakeholders as situations change.
