What Does a Table Hero Do?
Hosting a table is fun and easy! You'll commit to filling a table of 8 (that's 7 people, plus you) at our Virtual Heroes for Housing fundraiser on Sept. 16, 2020 - from 8:00-8:30 a.m. You can fill it virtually or have a COVID safe watch party at your place! Homes First staff will provide you with all of the materials you need, including invitations and graphics for social media posts. We're also here to answer any questions you have.
Why Is Hosting Important?
Homes First supports over 275 people a year, and we can't do that without the support of our community. At Heroes for Housing guests will learn how we walk alongside our tenants on their journeys, and how you can continue to walk with them. You support our mission, and you have your own reasons why. Your reasons are powerful, and they can inspire others to care. We have a goal of raising $135,000 at this year's event, and you make that possible!
