Community Youth Services manages Coordinated Entry for unaccompanied children, teens and young adults. These young people survive some of society’s harshest realities: homelessness, abuse, poverty, crime. Community Action Council is a private, non-profit 501c(3) multi-purpose agency that is the hub for Coordinated Entry for adults without children, and they operate this program out of the downtown Olympia Community Care Center on 4th Ave. They focus on meeting the needs of low-income individuals and families through a variety of programs designed to help them become independent and more self-sufficient. They have been providing essential human services in Lewis, Mason and Thurston Counties since 1966.
